student-made stories
COMMUNITY STORIES: SHREYA GUNDAM
The Student-Made community radiates positivity and inspiration, and it's apparent in the way that creators from different backgrounds are able to support one another while growing their own businesses. It gives me a sense of belonging in the entrepreneurial space, and I hope to inspire others to use their artistic passions to institute social change.
COMMUNITY STORIES: BELLA FAVATA
‘Made for More’ is a Christian apparel brand that has my entire heart, soul, and testimony in it. It just felt so right. In the Jim Moran program at FSU, all of my professors say that coming up with an idea is the hardest part of starting a business. But if you either come up with a solution to a problem, or are coming from a place of passion, then you’ve got your idea.

LINDSAY’S APRIL LETTER: THE LEVELS OF OUR STUDENT-MADE BRAND
One of the most valuable (and coolest!) parts of Student-Made is the various levels of “brand” that exist throughout this organization. Our company brand is made up of the special + distinct brands that each of our student-creators brings to this collective.

My future vision for Student-Made is for this great organization to grow to partner with more HBCU’s and teach the youth on the importance on ownership, and the mindset to be innovative, proactive, and strategic risk-takers

COMMUNITY STORIES: CAITLYN MELTON
I have learned that success looks different for a lot of people and if you compare yourself to others and their businesses, you won’t be able to properly enjoy the wonders and experience of running a business and making art, which I believe every small business owner, no matter how big or small their business is, should be able to discover for themselves.
