There’s a specific kind of pressure that hits when the school year's end is closing in. What often happens when pressure builds is that we feel an urge to make the most of the time that’s left. 

As a business owner, when things feel heavy or you’re feeling unmotivated, the answer isn’t usually doing more. It’s creating space. And often, the easiest place to begin is the space where you work every day.

 Focus on the things that you are good at first, and let those guide your thoughts and decisions instead of worrying about everything that you are not good at.

As the co-founder of Student-Made, I'm always gathering new insights about what's most effective in scaling the early stage businesses you are creating. I hope some of these tips work for you!

We have the opportunity to decide whether a failure can propel us, or paralyze us. To take the things that bring us fear and decide to go after them anyway because we know that whether we fail or succeed, there is purpose in everything we do.

We are always exactly where we are for a purpose, and Student-Made is here to support you in making the most of that. And remember, no matter how familiar or simple your story may seem to you, it has the power to inspire something in a way that you could have never imagined. So share it!

It doesn’t matter what field you go into or what job you plan to have. Uncovering the entrepreneur inside of you will serve you in anything and everything you plan to do in life.
