This role has given me so much experience while being in college, and put me ahead of the curve when it comes time to look for a job after college. I believe it’s impressive how much I have accomplished at such a young age, and that’s all thanks to Student-Made.

Working as a Student-Made manager has allowed me to become connected to a community of fellow creatives and small business owners who are passionate about entrepreneurship.

To me, Student-Made has meant personal and professional growth. I have been challenged to achieve and given all the resources to succeed. Because of Student-Made, I feel more ready to pursue a career in the workforce and to continue running my own business. 

 This role has allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and find my love for entrepreneurship. I am super grateful for all the opportunities Student-Made has provided for me, and I look forward to continuing to discover what all this organization has to offer.

Being a part of Student-Made has made me more confident as an aspiring businesswoman and as a young adult. I have learned how to trust myself and my judgment to spearhead business decisions.

Being a part of Student-Made has changed my college experience. It has given me the opportunity to make an impact, connect with other driven students, and learn how powerful it is when a community comes together to support each other’s dreams.

I’m proud of our entire branch, and I want to be a reason why our creators are a success. If they look back at their college experience and think about how pop-up shops I helped host were the foundation of their careers, then I know I will have done my job correctly.

Student-Made has given me a deep sense of confidence in both my creative abilities and my leadership skills, and I know I will be successful if I put my mind to it.

My time with Student-Made has shown me that my actions impact those around me and I want to continue to do that as I graduate.

I plan to go into a finance position after I graduate. I know I work a lot with Excel in school, in Student-Made, and in my personal life, and I know that I will use it in the future. So, my manager position right now will be beneficial for whatever my role will be after graduation. 

Student-Made came into my life when I shifted gears in my college career and needed a sign that I was making the right decision, and I cannot wait to see where Student-Made takes me in the future.  

The ability to make people entering a new community feel seen, heard, and welcomed is something incredibly powerful. Accommodating individuals of all backgrounds who have a diverse set of motivations, but bringing us all together with a common goal of being successful entrepreneurs, will be the most beneficial tool from this position. 

The Content Creation Manager position has allowed me to portray a vision through collaborating with the ideas from creators and the Social Media Manager in order to get something tangible and close to our shared imagination.

The Student-Made community radiates positivity and inspiration, and it's apparent in the way that creators from different backgrounds are able to support one another while growing their own businesses. It gives me a sense of belonging in the entrepreneurial space, and I hope to inspire others to use their artistic passions to institute social change.

One thing we have learned at Student-Made through these community voices is just how prepared and determined these young people are to make a major difference in the world… so watch out!

My future vision for Student-Made is for this great organization to grow to partner with more HBCU’s and teach the youth on the importance on ownership, and the mindset to be innovative, proactive, and strategic risk-takers

It feels incredibly rewarding to facilitate the growth of Student-Made in a community as large and vibrant as Arizona State, and I feel confident that this experience will go on to benefit me in my future endeavors.

I hope I can give the value needed for creative branding to excel creators and Student-Made. I am willing to do all that is needed to propel businesses and show support. I am fulfilled knowing that I can be a part of someone’s entrepreneurial story.

I’ve found a passion in helping others while being a Website Manager and it’s a legacy I want to continue on.

Being a part of Student-Made has greatly impacted my experience not only in college but in life. This community has taught me to challenge myself and figure out what it takes to run a business.
